Tina Richardson
I believe that before you make a decision as important as buying or selling your house you should get to know the people you will be working with during the process. I’d love the opportunity to get together and talk with you in person, but in the meantime here is a little information about myself.
I attended college at Armstrong State University in Savannah, GA where I majored in Business Administration. I had the opportunity to work in the historic district in Savannah for three years before taking a position with a major corporation.
I moved to Sumter from Savannah, GA in 2011 and since then have met a lot of great people and discovered a tremendous amount of beauty here. Everyone I’ve met seems to have a big sense of community about them. From church life, festivals, and chamber events, to an active YMCA and running clubs, Sumter provides a very active community and lifestyle for anyone who is interested.
I’ve had the opportunity to volunteer with the Wounded Warrior Project and help veterans, the American Heart Association, and the Feed a Starving Child program, and love helping out with charity events. I also enjoy gardening, a hobby that I’ve had for most of my life. One of my greatest passions is running, and I have completed 4 full marathons and 8 half marathons so far.
One of the things that I love the most about being a Realtor is getting the chance to meet so many new people and helping them in the next step of their journey – either selling their old home to move on to something else or purchasing their new home. It is a very exciting time in anyone’s life and I really enjoy being able to help people experience this.
I am certainly glad I had Tina Ashley as my selling realtor. I didn’t imagine the selling of my house could go so smoothly. She handled everything with polite professionalism that I rarely get to experience today, and all with me being 3,000 miles away. I can’t say enough good about Tina’s thoughtfulness and communication.”
